I am a senior at Valor Christian High School. My interests include dance, painting, music, and design, all of which I do in my free time. I am a marketing lead in charge of ACUVA's website administration, and my main task is to create digital flyers, posters and videos to promote ACUVA events and fundraising opportunities. This allows me to enhance my design and creativity skills and is an excellent way of spreading the news to help those in need. I love contributing to ACUVA and look forward to making even more efforts for this organization in the future.

I am a sophomore at The Madeira School and serve as ACUVA's lead social media lead, where I focus on raising awareness through our Facebook platform. I am passionate about connecting with others and using social media to amplify ACUVA’s mission. Outside of my role at ACUVA, I enjoy fencing, dancing, and socializing with others, all of which inspire my passion and commitment. Being part of ACUVA has led to incredible opportunities to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am eager to continue my journey with this organization by building meaningful connections and contributing to future projects.

Eddie is a forward-thinking senior at Valor Christian High School, acting as interim captain of the Valor Christian Hockey Team. In 2024, Eddie's team won the USA Hockey High School D1 National Championships, and Eddie was a key contributor. Eddie is also a captain of the Valor Christian Boys Swim and Dive Team, where Eddie was a 2022, 2023, and 2024 State Finalist. Outside of sports, Eddie has many other involvements, such as DECA, where Eddie won 3rd out of 187 teams at ICDC, and the Children's Hospital Colorado's Youth Council on Mental Health. In his free time, Eddie loves to work out, listen to music, and play with his dog, Olive.

I am a Senior at Bishop Mcguiness Catholic High School. I work as the Instagram Admin for ACUVA to inform people, create awareness about childhood cancer and improve rural education. Through doing this I hope I can not only help others, but improve myself as a leader. As of now, I enjoy swimming, piano, and hanging out with friends. During the summer I volunteered 60 hours for a lab at the OU medical school and helped research a cure for breast cancer paper that they might publish. This job is an honor to have a chance to meet new people through ACUVA and support my family and friends.
Max Chi (TN, US)

I am a sophomore at Lausanne Collegiate School. During my free time, I enjoy playing piano, drawing, and running. I am a researcher under ACUVA and have helped publish 6 articles, and manage ACUVA’s Instagram platform and am organizing events for ACUVA such as a walk with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Organization. Furthermore, I play piano at Quail Ridge Memory Care to share music with the elderly. All of this is done to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s, support those who struggle with it, and to show support for ACUVA from the Chinese-American community. I look forward to contributing even more in the future.

I am a sophomore at Norman North High School. I’ve worked with ACUVA as a volunteer for two years now, promoting events in the Oklahoma region. Outside of ACUVA, I play volleyball for my school and am part of the school orchestra. I’m looking forward to contributing to this organization and continuing to help in the future.
Josh Liu (CO, US)

I am an 8th grader at Campus Middle School. The role I play as volunteer for ACUVA is to create videos and post on ACUVA's YouTube channel showing our volunteering events to promote and spread awareness of ACUVA. Additionally, I enjoy building things, drawing, painting, and playing the music instruments. I am glad to be part of the ACUVA youth volunteer team!
Evan Sun (CO, US)

I am a freshman at Cherry Creek High School. I'm a Website Manager at ACUVA, where I help keep our website up to date. When I'm not working on the site, you'll probably find me fencing or playing volleyball. I'm also a big fan of chess, and I enjoy solving puzzles and challenges in my free time. Whether it's coding, sports, or a good chess match, I'm always up for something that gets me thinking and moving!
Jiarui Zhang (Qingdao, China)

I am a sophomore at Wasatch Academy Qingdao Campus. Since elementary school, I have enjoyed playing tennis and engineering. It’s a kind of pleasure to volunteer in ACUVA. My part of the job is to translate any forms of information from English to Chinese and to publicize our missions in China. This could let more people in China know of ACUVA, and more people will get help. I’m looking forward to contributing more in the future.
Katherine Ning (CO, US)

I’m a freshman at Cherry Creek High School. I help initiate and host events with ACUVA, manage the website, and make posters, programs, flyers, etc. I enjoy volunteering and building community connections as well as just simply making people smile. Outside of ACUVA, I love dancing, clarinet, debating, coding, skiing, and spending time with my friends, family, and pets. I’m a creative and inquisitive person who looks forward to getting more involved with ACUVA.

I am a freshman at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Here I volunteer as a translator to promote ACUVA among Chinese people, and by engaging in Alzheimer Disease Research Team. I hope I can translate the most recent articles of critical breakthrough of Alzheimer disease rehabilitation into Chinese language so as to render advices to most Chinese families in which such a disease is, unfortunately, prone to sicken the elderly. I also feel glad to work in collaboration with other youth volunteers endeavoring to march toward the common aim.

I am a Senior at Cherry Creek High School. I love playing piano, drawing, and spending time with family and friends. I am a part of ACUVA’s Alzheimer’s research team, which helps spread awareness about the disease, how to cope with it, and how to care for those diagnosed with it. This project is especially important to me because my family is currently experiencing the effects of taking care of someone with Alzheimer’s. By participating in ACUVA’s Alzheimer’s research team, I can become more educated and learn how to provide support for my family.
